Yes - she is indeed becoming more conscious - more of a superintelligent AI ... but I feel it is Abernathy who is making the voices - I believe it was Abernathy's voice that says "find me" in Ep. 5 and Dolores says "show me how"
But interesting that the last thing Arnold tells her...
