Typeface review by Hoefler&Co
Hoefler & Co. is a type foundry in New York City run by type designer Jonathan Hoefler. @mantia on Twitter solicited feedback on a new typeface he was designing, and H&Co gave a very extensive one. I haven't done type design before, but it was still quite interesting to see the range of thinking that goes into designing a type.

How Stack Overflow Redesigned the Top Navigation
A detailed blog post that shows the redesign process for a top 50 website - stackoverflow.com. I liked how they meticulously laid out the objectives, followed the The Sprint Process to come up with the redesigns and finally tested them out via user interviews and a battery of A/B tests.
