Yes, Matt Reeves (Director of the solo Batman movie) has confirmed that Ben Affleck will be Batman in the upcoming DCEU flick.

Personally, this news excites me, because I feel Ben has portrayed the most dark and kickass Batman on-screen till now (Bale fans, please do not kill me!).
