We have seen & loved The Batman, but ever wondered what makes this "mere mortal" an actual "Superhero" without any alien powers bestowed on him? Yes, its the toys that help "The Dark Knight" when in a sticky situation, so lets have a look:-
The (iconic) Utility Belt- We have seen Batman evolve over the ages and similar to all his faithfuls, the utility belt has stuck around. Basically the "Utility" of the belt is to store few rounds of Batarangs, Cryptographic Sensor, Smoke bombs, Freeze blast and the list goes on...! The belt is also supposedly secured to detect if the same is being accessed by Batman or an intruder.
Grapple Gun- Seen it in the games as well as the movies the importance this device holds. Escaping an army of thugs or just saving a "damsel in distress" mid-air or just sky-rocketing into the grim Gotham air and swoop down on thugs, the grapnel gun has never let the Caped Crusader down (Pun intended). Wonder what the line is made off? Kevlar I suppose?
Batmobile- Boy oh boy! This monster has evolved and how? From the most basic Batmobile in "Batman" (TV Show) to the crazy beefed up Tumbler in The Dark Knight (Movie). Its the main transportation mode of The Dark Knight and he drives Like-A-Boss!
The Cowl- In recent versions, the R&D department at Wayne Enterprises has upped the cowl game for its beloved vigilante by leaps and bound. So the cowl now has Sonar technology (The Dark Knight), bulletproofing (Batman V Superman), Telecommunication chipset, Augmented Reality real-time surrounding creator (Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman: Arkham Knight). Ohh, Batman can also turn his head now :D
EMP Gun- Seen this in the Arkham games umpteen times and the utility is crazy to say the least. Remotely disabling weapons, knocking out surrounding lights, diffusing motion detector mines and the works.
So these are just a small chunk of what makes Batman fight his deadliest foes & escape at the blink-of-an-eye. Do add if I have missed anything.
