Two major updates to the product released over the past week:
Q&A Sessions
One of the really important components of a community is experts sharing their knowledge with others. Be it their opinions on the industry, or something more concrete like their day-to-day work processes, we have a lot to learn in almost every field from someone who has been there and done that before.
To facilitate this, we introduced Q&A sessions (also known as Ask Me Anything or AMAs on other platforms) where we intend to bring in experienced folks to share their knowledge with everyone, and give us a chance to ask them anything about how they do what they do. We had our first Q&A session in the Virtual Reality community on Saturday that you should check out: Q&A Session with Daniel Kihlgren Kallander (@DeeKej) - Lead Game Designer & Programmer at SVRVIVE Studios.
New thread interface
Earlier, we tried to restrict threads to two levels - but we frequently saw that becoming a limitation and we thought we would be able to serve you better by returning to the standard indented thread interface. This has now been pushed to all the users:
Small improvements like these often come from our users - like you! To let us know what you think, just hit the reply button. Or shoot us a note at hello@commonlounge.com
