If MIB needs a shovel to dig up Arnold, maybe Arnold is buried in the cemetery near the church that Dolores sees in her flashbacks.
Unless I missed something (and I did go back and scan through the earlier episodes) we haven't seen Delos employees, while they're in the lab rooms, wearing anything other than blue. This was really obvious in the ep. 4 scene when Bernard, Elsie, Stubbs and Theresa are discussing the Stray with the bashed-in head -- they are all wearing cobalt blue. Even Bernard's glasses are blue. It's hard to tell what color Ford has been wearing, it could be either a really dark blue or black. It doesn't seem like anything on this show is accidental, so blue is definitely supposed to signify something...
edit: Just noticed that William arrives at Westworld wearing a navy blue jacket, too.
I think it could depend on how you want to define "lab"... whether that's just the main building and all its levels, or the park as well, since we might be able to look at everything as one big lab for Dr. Ford.
Elsie and Stubbs both went outside the lab and into the park to retrieve the Stray. Theresa was outside at the new worksite and restaurant with Dr. Ford. Bernard went outside with Dr. Ford to look at his buried church steeple. And Theresa and Sizemore had a scene on an outside balcony in the first episode, though we might still consider that technically part of the lab.
I'm wondering why we haven't seen Delores' mother. Delores called out to her mother when her (original) father was having his meltdown, but we didn't see anyone respond. Is there a mother? If so, is there going to be a big reveal?
