I think this is very similar to the original movie as well. If I can remember they used AI to build the hosts (and hence had very less understanding in certain aspects which eventually lead to the bot-revolt).

Maybe Ford is a super host who has abilities to control other hosts. I wouldn't rule it out still!
I believe the hosts cannot see things that they are not supposed to see. E.g. When Bernard could not see the door to the cellar in this episode. This is further validated when he looks at the blue prints to not see his name but only the sketch. The photograph that Ford shows to Bernard of Arnold does have a 3rd person but based on the above concept Bernard cannot see it.
The other theories of the CEO lady being a host is also pretty accurate since she repeats the Blood sacrifice line which Ford also mentions before Teressa's murder.
I think Ford has been doing this for a while where he gets rid of real people and replaces them with hosts. This might be the bigger picture of the told Delos corporation and why it's funding the park. The host being made is Theresa. It's quite an epic moment where Ford simulatiously creates and destroys life in that cellar.
I think Arnold is either a fictitious person made up by Ford to cover his inner motives! Secretly Ford wants some sort of sentience. But it is not financially or strategically prudent since Delos wants to make money from the park and Ford needs it to sustain his project. I also believe that he is the one behind the catastrophe that almost ruined the park 30 years ago, but managed to convince people that it was Arnold in order to get the investors on board. Having said all the above considering that this is a Sci-Fi series I won't discard the fact that the sentience (potrayed by Arnold's voice in the show) is uploaded or somehow found its way into the ghosts (a.k.a all the hosts not registered with the new system) either via Ford or it somehow evoloved to this state. I also won't be surprised to know if Bernard is actually Arnold (since there is no reliable photos of him so far) ! Sorry for the long post.. just my thoughts on the show
But does that mean Arnold has been reincarnated? Coz Bernard and Ford have had many interactions in the show so far!Unless Ford has recreated Arnold in the form of Bernard to see how things would have been if Arnold were alive, it doesn't make any sense!
Agreed with having William with her for this journey. But I think this is an older timeline related to the original (supposed) critical failure! In light of Jonathan Nolan's Memento movie where timelines converge, I think we might see something similar.
I agree that human guests did acknowledge the MIB regarding his foundation. But we don't know for sure how the situation is outside the confines of WW. It can also be that he may have been retired but his foundation might be active(aka not active out in the real world). The bullet theory would not apply if he were Ford's unique creation. Time will tell!
