you are a freshman soo i would suggest you get mastery of c++ or java

and then join codechef and start practiticing in its long challenges dont go for the cook-of or the lunch time.

also join codeforces and start solving div2 and div3 problems

also then buy CP handbook or CP3 and then go each topic and solve at least 20 question from each section
