I have heard that you should be drinking hot/lukewarm water on a empty stomach and that infact icy water shouldn’t be consumed at all! Also, I don’t know if eating artificial stuff like gummy bears makes sense over eat natural foods!
I believe that when you go to a new place or visit a new city, it’s more about exploring and not doing the same set of things that you always do!! It’s about getting out of your comfort zone, observing the people/ nature around you. I agree there are chances of getting bored, but there are also chances of finding something new and interesting that we like doing :)
